For 25+ years we serviced the Greater Seattle Area from humble beginnings to hundreds of employees, accounts, and satisfied customers, especially today as essential workers providing various cleaning services. Cascadian Building Maintenance was founded in 1994 by 2 owners whom decided to leverage their 20+ years of experience in building maintenance to start our company in Redmond, Washington. As the company rapidly expanded, a General Manager was hired to oversee the business as a business partner and co-owner. Later, an Operations Manager was hired to oversee the operations aspect of the business. Today our headquarters reside in Bellevue, Washington. With 50+ years of combined experience, along with hundreds of employees, our leaders made it possible for our company to be a competitor in the industry serving the Greater Seattle Area and beyond.
