Cascadian Building Maintenance was founded in Redmond, Washington in the spring of 1994. The original goal of creating a "PREMIER" Janitorial Service, with a solid customer service oriented business plan, became a reality with the combined efforts and talents of Steven Normann (Founder/Chairman of the Board) and Tim Reyhons, our current Cascadian President. At that time the two "founding fathers" had over twenty years of janitorial and managerial experience.
Over the years, the consistent quality and customer service track record; provided Cascadian an opportunity to expand rapidly. In 1998, Kelly Foster, current Co-Owner; was hired as the General Manager. Kelly not only believed in the Cascadian business model but he also brought with him a wealth of management experience in the janitorial industry. With hard work and the dedication of new and seasoned employees, 1999 was off to an incredible start!
As our customers increased, another industry veteran was needed to lead our night operations staff. Fernando Soberanis, a Supervisor at that time with our company at the time; stepped into the challenging role that would solidify our success.
